Before play
Rules and waiver
Every child needs a waiver signed by that child’s parent or court-appointed legal guardian. One-time, not per visit. Sign on your phone before you reach the desk.
House rules
- Supervision. A responsible adult stays on the premises with their child.
- Waiver. No play without a current guardian waiver for that child. Hosts cannot waive guests.
- Socks. Socks on the play floor. Grip socks at the desk.
- Equipment. Use structures as they were built. Adults stay off kid equipment.
- Respect. No bullying, roughhousing that puts others at risk, or leaving a mess for the next family.
- Health. Stay home if you or your child is sick or contagious.
- Pets. No pets inside.
- Parties. After hours only. Out at the scheduled end so the next family can come in.
What we do not do on this page
This is not the legal waiver. The signed form lives with our waiver vendor. Camp, parents-night-out, and other special programs get their own add-on when we run them.
