The suite is yours. Open play stays open play. Parties run after hours at the Mall at Johnson City — Suite E3C.

Two packages. Same room, same two hours. One is the room. One adds a hosted play setup. Request a date. We’ll call you back to hold the slot.

Private Play

You get the whole playroom. No other families. No shared birthday table in the middle of open play.

Extra playing child: $___ each, up to 16 children.

Everything in Private Play, plus we set one play zone for the party and keep an extra person on the floor so you can run cake and photos.

Weekdays stay open play. We do not close the floor for a party during public hours.

You bring: cake or cupcakes, prepared food, drinks (no alcohol), tableware if you want a theme, decorations that do not attach to walls or ceilings.

We provide: the room, tables and chairs, a gift/cake surface, socks rule, and a clean floor at start time.

We do not sell balloon packages, character visits, or pizza. If you want a vendor, you hire them. They leave with you at end time.

Cancel 14 or more days out: 50% back. Inside 14 days: no refund; we will try to move you once if the new slot is open.
Every child needs a waiver signed by that child’s parent or legal guardian. Send the link to guest parents before the party.
Out at the scheduled end. The next family is on the door.
No one on play structures who does not fit the space. Adults stay off kid equipment.
